To use this army set, just drag the file marked "Will’s Warriors" to the folder marked "Armies" in your Warlords 2 folder. Start up Warlords, and chose to play a random scenario. Select “Will’s Warriors” from the armies menu, and start playing. The first time you try to use this set, the computer may ask you to search for it. Just open the “Armies” folder and select “Will’s Warriors”. This will only happen the first time you try to use the set.
This army set is meant to be used with the Elemental shield set. You don’t have to use the elemental shield set, but the graphics for that set correspond to the graphics on the banners and armor of the armies.
The fight order the computer puts the armies in is kind of odd, so for those of you that care this is the fight order I recommend: Scouts, Slingers, Spearmen, Legionaries, Plainsmen, Highlanders, Rangers, Dwarrows, Elves, Guardsmen, Sappers, Trolls, Barbarians, Knights, Royal Guards, Gryphons, Gargoyles, Clerics, Executioners, Golems, Greenmen, Imps, Sorcerers, Demons, Assassins, Warlords, and Wyverns.
Use this file at your own risk. I’ve never had any problems with it, so if you do let me know. Res Edit can be tricky at times, and War Correspondent is also a little buggy. Be sure to have back up copies of your Warlords files.
This army set is (of course) freeware and is freely distributable as long as this readme file is included. I would, however, appreciate any comments or suggestions. In fact, I demand them. I asked nicely the last time, and out of the seven hundred or more people that downloaded that army set ONE person sent me an e-mail, and he hadn’t even played it yet. Granted, that particular army set sucked hard, but I still would have appreciated a few more responses than that. So, as of now, this army set is e-mailware.
